Deactivate & Uninstall for Android


  1. Downloading your Data

    Downloads in .csv format are sortable spreadsheets compatible with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. Please download your data regularly to ensure more reliable downloads because it is automatically deleted every 90 days.

    Once you have verified all data is contained in your download report, you are ready to start deactivation and uninstallation.

  2. Uninstall software

    1. Software running in Mode A (Non-rooted Android device or rooted with no permissions)
      • On the Target device, go to Settings -> Apps/Application Manager and look for “com.android.system.service” or “sync services”. Tap on it and tap “Uninstall”.
      • You will be taken to Device administrator. Tap “Deactivate and uninstall” to confirm.
      • Restart the device.
    2. Software running in Mode B and C (Rooted Android device)
      • (Device is connecting to the server) Login to your dashboard, go to Help -> Device Settings -> Device Controls -> Uninstall.
      • (Device is not connecting) Use your Monitor device or any mobile device to send an SMS command containing exactly this string of text to the Target phone number: <*#200><D>
      *** Your SMS command may be visible on the Target phone once received. Make sure you have the Target device in hand to manually delete the command message from the inbox***
  3. Uninstall Phone app

    Phone app is an add-on application installed on certain non-root devices for enabling Spycall. To uninstall Phone app

    Go to Settings -> Apps -> Search for Phone -> select the dark green Phone icon -> Tap Uninstall

  4. Uninstall System Module

    System Module is an add-on application installed on certain rooted devices for enabling Enhanced Call Recording and suppressing Indicators

    1. Uninstall System Module
      • For Samsung devices: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Search for System Module -> select System Module icon -> Tap Uninstall
      • For Huawei devices: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Tap Apps -> Search for System Module -> select System Module icon -> Tap Uninstall
      • For Pixel devices: Go to Settings -> Apps -> See all -> Search for System Module -> select System Module icon -> Tap Uninstall
      • For Redmi devices: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Manage apps -> Search for System Module -> select System Module icon -> Tap Uninstall
    2. Uninstall Riru and Riru - LSPosed in Magisk
      • Open the Magisk app -> Modules tab -> Remove Riru and Riru - LSPosed
    3. Restart Device
  5. Deactivate software/license key

    You should deactivate the software whenever you no longer want to use it and would like to delete ALL DATA from your dashboard, or when you want to move the software to another compatible Target device.

    Note that deactivation will delete ALL DATA from the web account and it cannot be recovered.

    Your account data is also automatically deleted every 90 days.

      • Login to your dashboard, go to Help -> Device Settings -> Device Controls -> Deactivate.
      • To verify deactivation, go to Account and scroll down to License Profile to see the status of your account.
      • Activated License Keys appear as "Active" under Status, while accounts which are inactive or have been deactivated will appear as Ready to Activate under the "Alias" menu tab.
    ***In case you would like to reinstall software on the same device, deactivation of the license key is not necessary. Please skip to the uninstallation part***
